Delete Your Talaash Account

This page explains how to request deletion of your Talaash account and the data associated with it. You can delete your account at any time using either of the methods below.

Option 1 — Delete from within the app

Open the Talaash app and sign in.
Go to the Profile tab.
Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
Confirm on the prompt. Your account and data are deleted immediately and you are signed out.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

Send an email to [email protected] from the address linked to your account (or include your registered phone number) with the subject "Delete my Talaash account". We will verify and delete your account within 7 days.

What gets deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:

Your profile (name, phone number, photo, address).
Your service requests, bookings, chat messages, and shared media.
Any identity-verification status linked to your account.

What we may retain

We may retain a limited set of records where required by law or for legitimate business purposes (for example, transaction or tax records), for the minimum period required, after which they are deleted. Such records are not used to identify or contact you for any other purpose.
