Service & booking data: the requests you create, messages, and media (photos/voice notes) you share within a booking or chat.
Health identifiers (optional): if you choose to use the ABHA / Aadhaar-linked features, the App processes the identifiers you provide solely to complete that verification. We do not use this data for any other purpose.
Device & diagnostic data: crash reports and basic device information collected to keep the App stable and secure.
2. How We Use Your Information
To create and secure your account and authenticate you via OTP.
To connect clients with nearby service providers and enable bookings, chat, and calls.
To complete optional ABHA / Aadhaar verification when you initiate it.
To improve reliability and diagnose crashes and errors.
To send service-related notifications about your bookings.

We do not sell your personal data. Limited information is shared only where necessary:
Between a client and a service provider involved in a booking (e.g. name, request details, and location relevant to the job).
With trusted infrastructure providers (such as hosting and crash-reporting services) strictly to operate the App.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to
provide the service. You may request deletion of your account and associated

transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
