Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains refunds and cancellations for payments made within the
Talaash app (by Orvil Studios). By making a payment you agree to this policy.
1. What you pay for
Paid features in Talaash are digital services — for example premium
subscription plans and in-app access features (such as unlocking contact with
service providers). These are delivered electronically and activated immediately.
2. Subscriptions & cancellation
- You can cancel a subscription anytime from the app; cancellation stops future renewals.
- Cancelling does not retroactively refund the current paid period — you keep access until the period ends.
- Subscriptions are not auto-charged after cancellation.
3. Refunds
- As paid features are digital and activated on purchase, payments are generally non-refundable once the feature/period has been used or activated.
- If you were charged in error (e.g. a duplicate charge, or a payment for a feature you never received), email us and we will verify and refund the eligible amount.
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days (timing depends on your bank/provider).
4. Payments for the actual service
Talaash connects clients with independent service providers. Any payment you make
directly to a provider for a job is an arrangement between you and that provider —
Talaash is not a party to it, and such amounts are not handled or refunded by us.
5. How to request a refund

from your registered email (or include your registered phone number) with the transaction
details. We respond within 3 business days.
