This policy explains refunds and cancellations for payments made within the Talaash app (by Orvil Studios). By making a payment you agree to this policy.

Paid features in Talaash are digital services — for example premium subscription plans and in-app access features (such as unlocking contact with service providers). These are delivered electronically and activated immediately.

Talaash connects clients with independent service providers. Any payment you make directly to a provider for a job is an arrangement between you and that provider — Talaash is not a party to it, and such amounts are not handled or refunded by us.

5. How to request a refund

Email [email protected] from your registered email (or include your registered phone number) with the transaction details. We respond within 3 business days.
